Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interviews: Conduct phone and email interviews with prospective clients to understand their cases and needs.
• Research and Evaluation: Perform basic research to assess the merit of prospective clients’ claims and ensure they align with our firm’s practice areas and expertise.
• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including completing necessary paperwork and assembling initial case files.
• Data Management: Accurately enter client information into our computer systems and maintain up-to-date records.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned to support the smooth operation of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing client information and documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organized records.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer systems and basic research tools.
• Experience: Previous experience in a legal or client-facing role is a plus, but not required.
