PromptCare is looking for a couple of IV Intake Coordinators to join our team in Lenexa, KS. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm CST.
Job Summary
The IV Intake Coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure that the information needed to admit new patients onto PromptCare's specialty home infusion service is accurate and complete.
The Intake Coordinator will verify the patients' health benefits and coverage for infusion services in an efficient and timely fashion to maximize reimbursement for all services provided by PromptCare.
The ultimate expectation is to provide exceptional "white glove" service to all internal and external referral sources.
