Your mission would be to establish the firm's relationship with potential clients by handling incoming calls as outlined in training. Our Representatives are the initial point of contact for clients seeking assistance with personal injury matters, and therefore, empathy, compassion, accuracy, and communication skills are vital.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
This is an in office position.
Your job will be receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.

Compensation: $20 / Hour with perfect attendance.
Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.
Shifts Offered:
Training will last approximately three weeks. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
