About the Role: 

Brado is seeking a Senior Engineer who will develop software solutions and lead a team of developers responsible for building new proprietary digital tools/platforms for Brado. You will work with upper management to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects. The goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with internal needs and business goals.

• Develop and maintain secure and reliable system integration solutions
• Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure that all systems are integrated to meet business requirements
• Create and manage data flows between systems and applications
• Analyze and debug system integration issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Monitor system performance and modify as needed
• Provide support for integration-related tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in system integration, data engineering, or related field
• Experience with integration and middleware technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and EDI
• Experience with a variety of databases and ETL tools
• Knowledge of software development life cycle
• This role requires traveling to St. Louis for orientation and occasionally to Dallas, Texas for team meetings
