Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BTP Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with business software and a proven history in designing and implementing integration solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems, enhancing business processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across various systems and applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of web services and related technologies to provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Including Groovy or JavaScript, XML, JSON, XSD.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize integration processes to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration solutions, including design specifications, configurations, and user guides.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members, fostering a thorough understanding of integration processes and best practices.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in SAP BTP and integration technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with integrations, with a focus on web services.
- Strong understanding of business software integration tools and methodologies, including SAP Integration Suite, and APIs.
- Proficiency in programming scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and other data interchange formats.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- SAP certification in integration or SAP BTP is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules and technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP ABAP.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of security protocols and data protection measures in integration processes.
