In addition to prosecuting and maintaining patent and trademark portfolios for businesses throughout the U.S. and international markets, our Intellectual Property attorneys handle high-profile patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret cases in state and federal courts.
The ideal candidate has an advanced technical degree in Chemistry, Biosciences, or Electrical Engineering and a broad range of experience including patent prosecution, counseling, strategy, and licensing, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop business, maintain client relationships, and manage and mentor junior attorneys.
Applicants must have exceptional subject matter knowledge, a portable book of business, and the ability to meet competing deadlines, in a friendly but fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player who values integrity and would thrive as a member of an intellectually engaged, entrepreneurial team.
