Leasing Specialist Position Available at 250 Unit Class A Community. 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday schedule. In addition to the hourly rate, there are monthly bonuses and commissions. In addition to compensation, the company offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

3 years apartment leasing, office, and/or management experience required. Knowledge of Fair Housing Practices is required. Resident interaction experience required. Background & Drug Screening are required as permitted by law.

Background and Drug Screening Required. Professional presentation, superior communication skills, ability to prioritize, and problem-solving abilities a must.
