Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred attorneys in nine offices, is seeking an Intellectual Property Support Specialist to join our busy Intellectual Property team in the Buffalo office. In this role, you will be responsible for quarterly financial reporting, providing customized administrative and financial reports for attorneys and clients, and tracking various financial and client information. Your day-to-day work would include providing support to the IP practice group around client intake and preparing accurate and timely client bills on a monthly cycle. This position requires significant interface with attorneys to establish desired procedures and frequent interactions with clients, attorneys and secretaries to field billing questions and resolve issues as they arise. Associate’s degree in bookkeeping, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in a professional office environment, Intellectual Property experience preferred.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $49,200 to $60,450.
