WEB AND DIGITAL INTERFACE DESIGNER - LEVEL I
Role:
Trinity IT is seeking a Web and Digital Interface Designer - Level I to support our UX/UI Design and Engineering project with the U.S. Navy. You will help design, develop and test layouts, navigation menus and functionality, ensuring compatibility across multiple devices. The Web and Digital Interface Designer - Level I must follow Section 508 accessibility standards and best practices.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software developers to complete the full scope of the project.
Conduct user research to determine design requirements and analyze user feedback to improve design quality.
Document technical factors such as server load, bandwidth, database performance, browser and device types.
Develop or implement procedures for ongoing website revision.
Research and apply innovative solutions for product design, visuals, and user experience to meet the needs for the project.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in web design, computer science, or related field OR 4 years of experience in web designing projects / other certifications.
0-2 years of experience in web and digital interface design
Active Dept. of Defense Secret Clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
AWS EC2, Transact-SQL, or other database user interface & query software experience
jQuery, Apache Spark, or other Development environment software
jUnit or other program testing software experience
