Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager manages the interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to interior assembly team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     This exciting opportunity

    The On Site Representative is accountable for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements.

    You will need to

    • Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations)
    • Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications
    • Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs
    • Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution
    Qualifications


    A High school graduate with proven customer service, and interaction skills, with direct customer contact with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers demonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard-free workplace.
