Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Being an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Interior Aircraft Assembly Manager. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. To be an Interior Aircraft Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. NWS Professional Assembly is seeking Part-Time candidates for the position of Assembly Technician. As an Assembly Technician with NWS, you will be working on-site at our retail clients, such as Home Depot and Lowes, assembling their various products and displays. Products we assemble for them include Barbeque grills, Wheelbarrows, Toolboxes, Patio Furniture, Lawn/Garden equipment, and various seasonal products.
Here at NWS, you’re rewarded for your performance, with our piecework pay model you can earn up to $30 per hour depending on your productivity building merchandise. As you learn the products and develop good habits and techniques, you will gain speed, and your pay will go up accordingly.
