Internal Audit Manager

Our client has is one of the most progressive and dynamic regional CPA firms in Boston - focused on a mix of publicly traded and privately held firms this organization is hiring at a rapid rate right now. They specialize in biotech, life sciences, pharma, technology, distribution, manufacturing, and real estate firms. They believe in diversity, open-door policy, and promoting heavily from within. They don't operate off the "normal" promotion structure.

They are looking for a Senior Auditor who will have a dynamic set of clients they're responsible for all the reporting & full audit/testing work.

Audit Manager Responsibilities:

- Perform all stages of an engagement including planning, testing, documentation, and audit reporting

- Research U.S. GAAP technical matters and implement them into engagements

- Performed audits, reviews, and compilations of private companies

- Member of the Party Planning Committee

Audit Manager Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a CPA firm

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization.
