The Human Resources (HR) Manager partners with the Plant HR Manager to develop employee capabilities and improve performance of business operations within the Finance, IT, Legal and other Corporate Functions. This will include the facilitation and implementation of key HR strategies and client specific initiatives to recruit, retain and develop the workforce located globally. In addition, the HR Manager will help develop and implement process improvements in the HR department’s service and support to teams, assist with day-to-day operations and perform various HR duties. The incumbent will showcase his/her communication, employee relations expertise and organizational skills to ensure our internal clients are provided assistance, support and customer service in line with the Business strategies and Company’s missions and values.
What You’ll Do:
Participates in various company-wide workforce and Human Resources initiatives addressing areas of employee development and training programs. (35%)
Assumes responsibility for the administration of employee retention and recognition programs. (35%)
Assumes responsibility for HR related duties as required or assigned. (20%)
Assumes responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting employee data and human resources information. (10%)
