International Lending Manager manages and directs all activities regarding a financial institution's international loan operations for a region. Ensures compliance with established international policies, standards, and reporting requirements. Being an International Lending Manager develops and implements processes and procedures to deliver the most efficient international lending operations. Evaluates changes or new developments in the region that could impact operations and develops alternative solutions as needed. Additionally, International Lending Manager requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of unit/department. The International Lending Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. This is a remote-based opportunity that offers a commission-based incentive plan with a compensation range of $76,500 - $94,500 which will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
In addition, you will have a company car plus the opportunity to earn up to $58,000 USD/year in bonuses, plus uncapped payouts for “over-target” commissions.
