We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our dynamic team on-site in Northbrook, IL. As a Loan Originations Manager, you will manage a team of Loan Originations Specialists for our Web Applications Platform. This position requires leading and motivating a team responsible for supporting our customers through the loan application process and adapting to changing priorities in a fast paced environment. You will be required to monitor, coach and develop their team as well as achieve targets and drive revenue.
