International Lending Manager manages and directs all activities regarding a financial institution's international loan operations for a region. Ensures compliance with established international policies, standards, and reporting requirements. ASSOCIATED HEALTHCARE CREDIT UNION has an open position for a full-time Lending Manager located in the Woodbury office. We are looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations of the consumer loan department and manage all aspects of the collection process. The Lending Manager will also supervise the loan officers, mortgage officer, and the loan administrator. They will also bring innovation and recommendations to the credit union for the lending department.
Some of the essential duties and responsibilities:
The person who will fill this position will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well with their team, be comfortable talking about credit union products and services, handle interruptions easily and be able to get back onto task quickly, be organized, and enjoy working with the public.
Qualifications and Benefits:
The ideal candidate will have three years credit union or related experience in lending and collections. At least one year of equity/HELOC experience.
