ATR International is seeking a Marketing Project Manager with Analytical Experience for Retention Marketing Communications Efforts for a very important client. 

Looking for someone to….

Run the project management and deployment of cross-channel messaging strategies to support retention initiatives in the  organization. These customer-facing strategies include the deployment of specific messages to targeted audiences across a variety of channels against an editorial calendar based on business objectives and customer satisfaction drivers

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: Contract, 3 months

Hourly Rate: $35 - $41

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the keeper of the editorial calendar source of truth for all message content (with input from Service Comms stakeholders)
• Be the point of contact in identifying the data sources for targeting audiences, and getting that data into the communications deployment flow
• Work with Service Comms and MarTech stakeholders to get messaging prioritized into an automated deployment model
• Work with Service Comms stakeholders on aggregating all final copy (based on editorial calendar topics and identified audiences)
• Track which messaging has deployed in which channels and in support of which business objectives – includes tracking customer volumes, tracking any testing strategies (serving different content to different audiences for optimized performance), and tracking the timeframe of messaging in market.
• Work with Insights team to run metrics and measurement of all messaging strategies.
• Maintain working “walking decks” that can be socialized to partner stakeholders on status of projects
• Provide readout decks of effectiveness of initiatives at milestone moments
