Position: Client Success Manager (Remote)
As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering dental professionals by guiding them in the creation of impactful websites and customized digital marketing initiatives that align with their specific objectives. In this capacity, you will serve as a dedicated partner to your clients, working collaboratively with our internal teams to design effective marketing strategies, monitor outcomes, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
This position is fully remote, welcoming candidates from all regions of the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee a varied portfolio of clients with diverse service requirements, acting as their primary contact and fostering strong, credible relationships while addressing website queries, campaign modifications, and reporting demands.
- Consultative Partnership: Facilitate communication between clients and our internal teams, articulating client aspirations, sharing campaign performance updates, and nurturing a collaborative relationship to ensure enduring success.
- Onboarding and Expectations: Support new clients in navigating the onboarding process, clearly defining expectations to establish a productive collaboration.
- Performance Analysis: Examine and interpret data from platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, and Bing, translating these insights into easily digestible information for clients while offering actionable recommendations.
- Client Training: Instruct clients on strategies to enhance their online reputation, optimize phone call conversions, and implement other methods to ensure their practice flourishes.
- Responsive Communication: Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels, ensuring an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Management.
- Prior experience in the dental industry and familiarity with digital marketing practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong data-oriented mindset with a passion for aiding clients in achieving tangible results.
- Collaborative team player with robust problem-solving skills.
- Enjoys engaging in professional dialogue and establishing rapport with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Salary: \(42,000 - \)48,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
