We’re looking for an amazing International Marketing Specialist to support demand generation initiatives for Gator Co.’s brands in our international markets in partnership with our many business partners (both retail and distribution) through strategic marketing initiatives. The role encompasses development, coordination and reporting of marketing activities, initiatives, and materials – from lead generation to localization of our many product offerings – in close collaboration with our global partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion of our company and its products around the World (all regions excl. USA).Here’s a summary of what Gator is looking for in its International Marketing Specialist. Is this you?Responsibilities
- Coordinate translations of global digital assets for local marketing initiatives and/or partner websites.
- Identify and evaluate distribution channels and partners in international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing programs and initiatives.
- Develop marketing strategies and plans tailored to specific target markets, taking into consideration cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
- Identify market entry opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new regions.
- Identify the competition for each brand and category and work with the sales, product, and marketing teams to identify local marketing needs and develop structured marketing plans.
- Assist global partners with obtaining and utilizing digital assets to develop local collateral for consumers, resellers, and ecommerce, such as brochures, online content, adverts, and videos.
- Basic graphic design work, in conjunction with internal marketing team and graphic designers, to create, or repurpose, digital marketing collateral (predominantly product sheets, adverts, online content, product guides, and other B2B and B2C branded content).
- Identify market entry opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new regions.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed by regional dealer and distributor partners.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with global partners to translate, integrate or adapt brand messaging, collateral, marketing, and product content for regional markets.
- Plan and coordinate international trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Create and maintain consistent standardized reporting for senior management on critical marketing metrics including web traffic, search engine marketing, email engagement and social media.
- Partner with our product team and marketing team to design and deliver assets that can be leveraged by the trade in each country to develop the various channels for our products, including distributor and dealer training and maintenance of the Brand Folder marketing portal.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Digital marketing and digital experience.
- Experience working in international markets is preferable.
- Planning, organizational and project management skills. Strong oral and written communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SEM/SEO, website development, on-line advertising, CRM, eCommerce and social marketing are preferred.
- Intermediate level graphic design skills, with knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Some early morning or evening meetings required to suit international time-zones; occasional international travel required.
- Knowledge of other languages (aside from English) is a plus but not required.
