In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing the electrical aspects of residential solar and battery storage installations across the state of Massachusetts. We are searching for a collaborative individual who possesses the willingness to learn and adhere to our advanced operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to our Burlington office on a daily basis.
• Install electrical equipment and wiring for high-quality solar and storage systems.
• Work on rooftops to wire and assist with the installation of solar arrays.
• Install or replace wiring equipment and fixtures using both hand and power tools.
• Conduct tests on electrical systems to ensure compatibility and safety in alignment with company standards and local regulations.
• Maintain an orderly and secure work environment.
• Deliver exemplary customer service throughout the installation process.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in installing and stringing electrical cables or wiring.
• Familiarity with OSHA-10 safety protocols.
• Capability to climb ladders, bend conduit, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Aptitude to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• A valid Massachusetts (MA) or New Hampshire (NH) Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license.
• Must possess a valid MA Driver’s License and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report, with no DUIs in the past seven years.
• A commitment to taking pride in and ownership of your craftsmanship.
• Completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program is required.
