A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including:
- Assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;
- Demonstrating considerable knowledge of Corporate and/or partnership taxation, including tax research, compliance and consulting with an international taxation environment;
- Assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;
- Demonstrating considerable knowledge of quantitative analyses including earning and profit studies, subpart F, GILTI, FDII and foreign tax credit computations, foreign tax reporting and international taxation compliance regulations, and the practices of public accounting firms, law firms or multinational company corporate tax departments;
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
- Communicating value propositions;
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust;
- Seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and,
- Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as tax technical business advisor, including:
- Assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;
