What You'll Do

As an Event Marketing Manager at BambooHR, you will be responsible for all aspects of organizing, managing, strategizing and overseeing all trade show events while strategically driving demand generation and brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to create memorable experiences that reinforce our brand’s presence and recognition.

You will:

• Develop and execute trade show strategies that align with the company’s brand objective and messaging
• Oversee booth space selection, and coordinate booth design, layout, and aesthetics to create an immersive brand experience while aligning with lead generation objectives
• Coordinate the shipping, handling, and transportation of trade show materials and equipment. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships and ensure quality services within budget
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content, email campaigns, and social media initiatives that enhance our brand awareness, engage and convert leads
• Ensure booth staff is trained and prepared to engage with prospects effectively
• As part of BambooHR’s marketing events team, support additional events, both in-person and virtual, on an ad hoc basis

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• **You're located in Utah and able to come into our Lindon, UT office regularly.**
• You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• You have 1-3 years of proven experience in trade show and event management in the B2B space
• Time allocation and thoughtful budget analysis are second nature to you
• You're a project management wiz and are highly organized and detailed oriented, able to manage multiple events and campaigns
• You’re incredibly driven and are able to manage deadlines under pressing workloads
• Your innovation is unparalleled and you consistently stay up to date on the latest event trends
• You have outstanding communication skills (verbally and through writing) and work well with cross-functional teams
• You’re willing and able to travel for events
• You’re physically able to assist with booth setup and teardown
