Being an International Trade Specialist ensures that all filings, documents, and regulatory reporting are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and according to trade laws. Keeps informed of international events and changes to laws and requirements that may impact operations. Additionally, International Trade Specialist may negotiate letters of credit or handle issues with international banks. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The International Trade Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Shift Timing : 08 : 30 AM to 05 PM
Job Description
Change Specialist II is responsible for analyzing and processing change requests in the document management system and supporting systems.
This includes communication with change originators on issues identified and how to correct them. The AN Change Specialist II also performs review, document prep, and proofing tasks, and releases the change request for use within the organization.
Job Duties :
Main focus is CR processing and working with change originators (after adequate training); obtains priorities from Group Lead and completes changes submitted from across the organization.
Manages a variety of changes, with greater complexity, in the document management and supporting systems,
Analyzes document changes for completeness and accuracy and provides feedback to the change originator if issues were identified so they can be corrected and the change resubmitted
Interacts with change originators to explain document management system functionalities.
Completes basic document structuring (establish parent / child relationships in appropriate systems
Performs implementation tasks based on the scope of the change and incorporates changes to the affected documents.
Use basic Microsoft Office applications, update fields in document management systems.
Support of and interaction with internal document management system users and change originators.
Ability to support and work across multiple sites.
