Interventional Radiological Technologist assists physicians in interventional procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients. Administers and records isotope dosage in accordance with established departmental protocol. Being an Interventional Radiological Technologist observes patient during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Typically requires a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in radiology and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additionally, Interventional Radiological Technologist typically reports to a chief technologist or manager. BASIC FUNCTION:
The Interventional Radiologic Technologist II (Rad Tech) demonstrates competency and will be able to perform all responsibilities in either the Cath Lab or EP lab settings. Will acquire the knowledge and skill to operate all equipment in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories and assist in all procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories.

Salary Range: $36.07-$54.10/hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
