Inventory Control Analyst jobs in Concord, NH

Skills needed are data entry skills and the ability to manage multiple phone lines.

The right candidate should be able to multitask and follow directions.

The main purpose of this position is to perform practically all functions necessary to maintain our product inventory records and to ensure the accuracy of stock on hand in all locations to include:

• Understand and properly navigate our inventory software
• Be familiar with stock items and general availability and turnover
• Input orders as written by sales staff
• Receive stock in and verify against PO
• Record and calculate unit of cost for stock and non-stock items
• Select orders for invoicing
• Oversee accuracy of invoice edit list
• Enter purchase orders for incoming material, when necessary
• Assist with problems with inventory caused by such things as incorrect work orders, damaged material or customer returns
• Assist with annual physical count for audit purposes
• Other duties as assigned
