We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities will include the following:
• Keep database up to date with inventory
• Scan and Index various documents
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Research & Shop for parts
• Keep Shop Clean /Organized
• Maintain Parts organized
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, scanner, copy machine, and computer
• Receive deliveries; sort and input into system
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Perform all other data entry responsibilities
Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in data entry
• Basic computer Skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Must have good organization skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
