Join Givaudan Fragrances as an Inventory Analyst reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Rec-ommend strategies for Warehouse, Inventory, and Quality. Support Indicator tracking, process improvement, ISO documentation, and special projects. Coordinate material shipments with 3rd party logistics, conduct audits, and validate procedures. Work with internal customers, com-municating main information on inventory movements. Located in Mt. Olive, NJ, your contribu-tions will positively improve billions. You will:
Inventory Management
- Ensure smooth and accurate operations/procedures for material move-ments in receiving (inbound), warehouse, resupply, and shipping (out-bound).
- Support manufacturing/sites demands.
- Work with administration to solve any inventory accuracy issues, includ-ing rejected, expired, and sampling.
- Ensure accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
QM (Quality Management)
- Coordinate teams (customer complaints, internal nonconformance, ISO audits) to resolve issues using continuous improvement strategies.
- Resolve daily manufacturing or material-related issues and provide long-term permanent solutions to recurring problems.
- Maintain ISO 9000 work instructions for departmental procedures.
CI (Continuous Improvement)
- Focus on Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and working culture.
- Help create our long-term roadmap to increase skills within the organiza-tion and establish a training plan.
- Build a project list with supporting documentation and Return on in-vestment calculations.
- Safety Support
- Support daily safety requirements, including accident investigation, training, emergency response teams, and training.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree preferred
- 2 years’ relevant production or industry experience
- Basic accounting knowledge is required to understand impact from inventory man-agement from any movement type.
- Exposure to a high pressure, team-oriented, lean manufacturing, professional work en-vironment
- Devise creative recommendations to improve the efficiency of employees and pro-cesses
- Showcase leadership and cost reduction skills
- Must have SAP knowledge & advance level in Excel (can perform complex functions)
