Job Description- Position Summary:
- Cycle Counts and Inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinates inventories between the three warehouses to facilitate and support FIFO.
- Keep inventory data up to date and accurate by auditing pull slip scans for accuracy, FIFO and investigate ILO and stock outs.
- Maintain PIV certification for all employees, schedule PIV classes, direct forklift drivers.
- Maintain a balance of components within the facility to eliminate the number of emergencies runs to the offsite warehouses.
- Facilitate the disposition of old, obsolete, expired, non-conforming components.
- Create KPI to support Materials Kitting process.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing/operations warehouse environment
- 2 years experience in a leadership role.
- Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job
- May provide oversight of work conducted by junior-level staff and/or review/audit work for accuracy.
- Must have basic knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office, MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfully
- Must have adequate oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and rarely lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages
- Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues
Additional InformationStarting Wage: $19.00/hr

The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $19.00 - $24.75 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
