Inventory Control Supervisor supervises inventory control operations and teams according to established policies. Follows standard procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency. Being an Inventory Control Supervisor assists with inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations. Utilizes Inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting. Additionally, Inventory Control Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and support initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities using best inventory management practices. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Inventory Control Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Inventory Control Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Overview:
The Inventory Manager position performs all tasks involved in the inventory control of the company’s products. This includes Fiber Optic Cable, Connectors, Crimping, Polishing and packing. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4pm.
