Position Overview:
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team charged with safely managing inventory and office administration activities for a multi-site operation. The qualified individual will encompass an understanding of food manufacturing operations in a multi-temperature environment and be the subject matter expert for inventory and data processing practices for these locations. This role will be expected to maintain operations consistent with Monogram’s budgeting process and utilize metrics to deploy a continuous improvement culture. This position reports directly to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager and is responsible for leading a team of up to 5 direct reports. This position will also have an indirect reporting line to the Materials & Inventory Control Manger who will act as a functional leader for Inventory Control Supervisor.
