General Purpose

• Project scheduling and performance monitoring, communication

Major Responsibilities

* Communicate directly with the customer/teams to coordinate project planning and execution

* Production scheduling, shift work order, traceability

* Capacity analysis based on MES data

* Standard time analysis comparing with data

* Monitoring performance

* Manage Project risks and remove barriers

* Coordinate with all teams to ensure delivery of a quality products

* Overall Project scope, time, progress and quality management

* Support documentation and tasks given by manager

Knowledge and Skills Desired

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent education is required.
• Proficient/Advanced skills with MS Excel and ERP (SAP)
• Strong Math and analytical skills
• Excellent record keeping skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Strong attention to detail
• Consistently able to meet reporting deadlines
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Strict work ethic
• Strong leadership skills
• Language skill is most preferred, communicating with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
