Investment Analyst is responsible for the evaluation of investment activities such as short-term debt securities, long-term equity, investment projects and objectives. Analyzes investment opportunities and recommends investments as appropriate. Being an Investment Analyst may help to evaluate stock investment and major projects for high-level analysis. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Investment Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Investment Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Job descriptionOur medical offices in Garden Grove and Santa Ana are looking for a bilingual (English & Vietnamese) Medical Office Assistant. Must be licensed to work in California. Experience working at doctor offices is not required.Responsibilities:- Greeting patients visiting the facility, answering any questions they may have and helping them fill out the required forms
- Answering phone calls, creating appointments, directing the calls as required and handling all queries
- Informing the Doctors, Nurses or other healthcare facilitators about impending appointments
- Maintaining a filing system for all patient documents and reports submitted
- Answering emails and other electronic messages as required
- Creating invoices and bills, processing insurance forms and managing vendors and contractors
- Managing inventory and placing orders as required
- Transcribing all notes and documents related to treatments
- Sterilize surfaces and equipment
- Work well with the preferred pharmacies to take care of prescriptions and medications. Communicate with preferred pharmacies to stay updated on the current or upcoming insurance and medication regulations, trends, etc.
- Resolve issues when they arise
- Undertake administrative tasks (e.g.record-keeping) as assigned
- Comply with all security measures and quality standards
- Complete tasks assigned by Management Team
Skills:- Previous work experience, education, or training as a pharmacy technician (License is not required as you will be working in a doctor's office)
- Experience with an online prescription system is a plus
- Knowledge of medication and dosage measurement
- Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Reliable with a keen eye for detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:- 401(k)

Schedule:- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend is required
- Monday to Friday
