Seeking: Customer Advocate with Personality, Positivity & a Willingness to Learn
*** In-office position only!!!
(La Grange, GA)
I'm looking for a unique individual to fulfill a unique set of needs.
Odds are, this job is not right for you. . . Heck, it isn't right for most people. But, if you happen to possess the skills and personality traits that I'm looking for, this may very well be your dream job. Seriously!
We run a busy company that operates in the professional services arena. We are busy and we need someone who has the skill and motivation to make our lives easier. That sentence alone probably turns you off. If it does, move on. This isn't the right job for you.
More importantly, I am looking for someone who can work alongside our team to consistently “Wow” the incredible clients that we work with.
Our business has been experiencing tremendous growth and we need someone who can come in and help with the day-to-day operations of making sure that our clients always feel that they are a part of our family.
If you are accepted, you have to have the mindset that there is no job that is too big or too small. Daily tasks will involve client interactions, trading securities, opening new accounts, handling marketing projects and scheduling appointments.
However, other days we may need help with random projects around the office…
We have a very exclusive clientele. As you can imagine, this will require a certain amount of privacy and discretion.
The perfect person for this position looks for any way they might help the team focus on delivering a quality service to our clients.
You will learn a lot and will have incredible opportunities that "traditional" jobs will not afford you.
It is a "plus" if you have an understanding of traditional customer service roles and a basic understanding of sales or marketing, but this is not a requirement. We will show you everything you need to know.
In short, the right person has to be willing to do virtually anything that needs to be done and they have to do it with a smile on their face.
If this is you. Great! But, that is only half of what we need.
The right person is:
Truthfully, I prefer someone who has a degree, but this is not an absolute requirement. I work with a lot of highly educated people and this position will require that you do as well. Odds are, if you have more education you might feel more comfortable. This is a bonus, but not a requirement.
So, if you think you might be the right person for this job and want to apply you only have to do TWO Things...
