Job Description Summary
DLA Piper is seeking an Associate with 3 - 6 years of experience to join our Investment Funds group. This position is open to our Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C. and California offices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts and structuring carry vehicles is also a plus.  We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds. Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
