The ideal candidate is located in the Kansas City area, but open to other areas by major airports!

We’re paying $75,000 to $85,000 annually plus discounted rent and a robust benefits package, along with an amazing company culture that fosters a sense of team spirit, collaboration, and growth.

You will be traveling throughout our nationwide portfolio, 21 states. Successful candidates must embrace a challenge and thrive under pressure, as they will be tasked with turning around under-performing properties.

A typical work schedule might be: ( 75% /- Travel )

• 3 Weeks On/1 Week Off
• 8-10 Hour Shifts Mon. – Fri. possible
• Weekends as needed during the above on schedule
• ALL travel expenses paid per diem on travel days

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures by the property
• Operates property/s within their financial guidelines (The Budget)
• Completes all management reports
• Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income
• Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate and relevant
• Manage on-site team through hiring and coaching
• Consistently attempts to collect “Bad Debt” prior to write offs
• Responsible for building and maintaining a community of residents
• Ensures resident requests or complaints are responded to in a timely manner

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS:

• Should have 5 Years’ management experience in multifamily housing
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software (YARDI)
• Advanced knowledge of resident/property management laws/guidelines
• Ability to self-direct and to prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to effectively supervise and manage employees
• Excellent leadership skills, supervisory experience is a must
• Strong analytical, reporting, critical thinking, problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
