JOB DUTIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for all callers, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage the office calendar, schedue appointments and meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
