Summary of Position
Reporting to the Assistant Director and ERP Product Owner, the Portfolio manager will support a portfolio of projects across the Business Applications team including ERP projects. This role will primarily be responsible for overseeing the backlog of projects, the project management resources assigned to the projects and the statuses of in-progress projects; assisting in removing barriers to success and reporting on the roadmap progress to leadership.

Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience in information technology field, Master’s and four years, or combination of education and experience equal to ten years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Strong customer service and support, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills to work productively in a highly collaborative environment.
- Experience with large scale, enterprise application implementation, integration, development, maintenance and support.
- Passionate about identifying appropriate technology solutions which address critical business needs.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Microsoft Project and PMBOK.
- Experience with process improvement and technology management practices such as ITIL and Six Sigma.
