Investment Portfolio Manager, Sr. manages the daily activities for a given section of the company's investment operations. Reviews investment operations policies and procedures and recommends changes to increase efficiency. Being an Investment Portfolio Manager, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Investment Portfolio Manager, Sr. typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. You will join our team as a Property Manager, which will include managing 6 to 8 properties. In this position you will help coordinate the day-to-day management of a portfolio that primarily consists of downtown residential and commercial, mixed use condominiums and will consist of interacting with commercial and residential property owners in A-level locations to resolve issues, answer questions and provide stellar customer service.
