Investment Portfolio Manager, Sr. jobs in Tennessee

Rock Point Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Portfolio Manager to oversee a specific group of communities within our portfolio. As a direct report to the Regional Manager, this role is vital in executing management policies, stewarding physical assets, and serving our residents to enhance property value for the owners.

You will also engage in market research, SOP development, training, and support for Community Managers, embodying an ownership mentality that focuses on optimal service to owners and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.

Salary: $45,000-$48,000 base. Plus commission up to $15,000
