Research and Investment Support:- Manage internal databases and conduct issuer-level ESG research.
- Support the investment team in integrating ESG factors and calculating portfolio-level ESG metrics.
Regulatory Tracking and Expertise:- Monitor regulatory developments and serve as SME for internal stakeholders.
Stewardship and Operations:- Track and report engagements with shareholdings, including proxy voting.
- Assist Compliance in implementing client screens and updating ESG content in databases.
- Aid in selecting and managing external ESG vendors.
Experience & Skills- Creating and/or using ESG research/data
- Previous experience in institutional investment management
- Familiarity with domestic and global financial services
- Knowledge of ESG initiatives and reporting frameworks
- Written content creation for clients
- Demonstrated creativity, imagination, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Quantitative analytical skills
- Passionate about ESG and Responsible Investing and dedicated to this career path.
