    The VP of Investor Relations ensures the comprehensive growth plan, for the organizational facilities and will sell to internal physicians and recruit new physicians in order to optimize the growth of each facility. This unique role provides support to leadership in strategic planning, project facilitation, productivity and operations improvement, strategic analysis, space planning, and other strategic activities within the organization. In addition to supervising, leading, and mentoring the team members within the department.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Understand the companies’ Private Place Memorandum in which they represent.
    • Utilize existing relationships to meet sales goals and interactions.
    • Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service lines.
    • Must meet monthly targets set by company.
    • Facilitate the retention of physicians, referring organization and community relationships.
    • Complete face-to-face sales meetings with physicians, schedulers, practice managers, and medical staff from referring organizations to ensure understanding, as well as to close business, ensuring that obstacles are identified and minimized.
    • Required to attend weekend and dinner meetings/events as scheduled by self/supervisor/Company
    • Coordinate meetings between key staff, physician groups, and external customer groups to improve communication and relationships in order to increase references or resolve customer service issues.
    • Lead and organize physician onboarding process with facility and Provider Relations teams.
    • Effectively manage territory, conducting office visits to include:
      • Education on services offered, enhancement and new advancements
      • Maintaining a positive image of the organization (community-centered, patient-first, leading-edge provider)
      • Offering excellent customer service
    • Communicating opportunities and issues to appropriate management/staff in a timely manner
    • Cold call provider offices using a given list of prospective provider offices
    • Meet and/or exceed set quarterly department targets and objectives.
    • Understand and effectively input all interactions with providers and staff through the Salesforce platform.
    • Submit all credit card expenses and check request following all Company and Department guidelines.
    • Complete projects and duties assigned by EVP of Relations
    • Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times.

    • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand an issue, identify alternatives, quantify and assess, and objectively present recommendations that are in the best interest of the system, the region, and the organization
    • Ability to facilitate group discussions and to work broadly with administration, organization, and medical staff
    • Excellent selling skills, consulting skills, critical thinking skills, and negotiation skills,
    • Ability to interact professionally with a broad spectrum of individuals
    • Knowledge of key industry business drivers, emerging medical trends, and performance metrics, and ability to leverage that knowledge to inform strategy
    • Skills to employ technologies effectively and proficiency (MS office suite, CRM Systems, relevant mobile technology and web-based applications)


    Preferred Requirements:

    • Professional Salesforce experience
    • Progressive healthcare sales experience in a multi-site healthcare organization
    • Existing industry contacts and relationships in the region


    Requirements:

    • 3 years professional direct physicians’ sales experience
    • Complete and pass Securities and Health Law training course
    • Valid CA Class C Driver’s License
