Investor Relations Director directs and oversees an organization's investor relations function. Communicates with shareholders and/or the general financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships. Being an Investor Relations Director implements strategies to ensure the organization's relationships with shareholders reflect positively on the company's stock price. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Investor Relations Director typically reports to top management. The Investor Relations Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Investor Relations Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.   • What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:

    The True Rx Trade Relations Analyst will apply strong analytical skills to compile data from reporting software. This includes administration, analysis, pricing, and optimization of processes to best implement and maximize rebate contracts/amendments. They will also oversee, pricing, utilization metrics and analysis reports. They will utilize technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data. They will be familiar with standard concepts utilized in the field of analysis, practices and procedures of the organization, in addition to research.

    Previous Experience and Abilities:

    • Oversee auditing of rebates and identify rebate opportunities in various contracting and payment reconciliation.
    • Monitor, trend reporting, and model rebate guarantees for self- funded clients
    • Analyze, report, and interpret large data sets for presentation to internal and external partners in a concise and effective manner
    • Continually review and analyze existing contracts and usage data from internal and external sources.
    • Analyze diverse statistical data in accordance with contractual agreements
    • Perform quality control of the point-of-sale rebate program through rebate trends and adjust the program as needed
    • Instruct statistical analyses and build forecasting models according to business needs
    • Inform internal partners tracking measures for drug pricing, rebates, and tiering information
    • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business operations and reporting
    • Works well independently and collaboratively with team
    • Self-motivated and directed
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to perform in fast-paced work environment
    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Visio) capabilities to effectively communicate complex topics

    Ideally you have:

    • Strong Microsoft Office, data analysis and presentation skills required.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Index-Match, Vlookup, Text join, Pivot tables, arrays).
    • Ability to work with, manipulate and synthesize large datasets for analysis, exploratory data analysis, performance measuring, key insights and presentation.
    • Ability to synthesize data related to various market trends, product changes and financial metrics to recommend pricing or pricing strategy.
    • Working knowledge of statistical methods and related procedures to organize and conduct a research project.
    • Familiarity with the National Drug Code (NDC), pharmaceutical wholesale pricing strategies, and pharmacy contract pricing nomenclature.
    • Minimum 2 to 5 years’ financial and statistical reporting knowledge and experience
    • Associate Degree in Business Management or related field
