Reports to: Office Manager

Job Duties:

• Receive and process invoices
• Balance and reconcile vendor statements
• Ensure credit is received for shortages and returns
• Ensure invoices are paid in a timely, accurate manner and products are received before payment is issued
• Filing of all accounts payable Invoices/checks
• Process Best One Commercial Road Knight claims
• Maintain fuel card account
• Assist in establishing relationships with vendors
• Maintain petty cash
• Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Assist with various office needs
• Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

• Accounting/AP experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to adapt to many different situations as they arise
• Work schedule is 8 am – 5 pm Monday - Friday
