Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Residential Manager is responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operations of the residence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervision of the residential staff, employee concerns, ensure the safety and sanitation of the physical plant administer performance evaluations, support the HR department with job fairs, payroll, ensure that fire drills are conducted, manage individual accounts, records and petty cash, and send vendor receipts/invoices and statements to the Director of Facilities.
