Parking Services Representative (On-Call).

Parking Services, a division of the Notre Dame Police Department, is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team! You will have the opportunity to assist students, faculty, staff, guests and visitors each day, with the goal of providing all with an excellent customer service experience. Some of the traits we are looking for in our next customer service superstar include:
- The ability to empathize with the customer, respond professionally, and work to resolve any issues
- The ability to engage customers in respectful and appropriate conversations; providing a friendly and positive tone in both written and verbal communications.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- An interest in helping our team build on a solid foundation
Our parking service representatives will assist the team in the following ways:
- Phone and departmental email coverage
- Assist our walk-in customers
- Utilize parking management software to create and maintain accurate customer records
- Assist the Program Manager with a variety of projects

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, computer and data entry skills. Familiarity with Google platforms, spreadsheets, email and willingness to learn other proprietary programs unique to Notre Dame. Exceptional customer service skills that include the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
