IRA Services Representative, Sr. jobs in Fremont, CA

SR Freeman is looking for an administrative assistant to assist our Human Resources manager in our growing population. This Non-Exempt role provides HR Administrative support and day-to-day operations in the Campbell, CA Office to the HR Manager in the administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite • Respects employee confidentiality and handles sensitive matters with tact, discretion, and a sense of urgency.

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize many tasks and complete them with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong initiative is optimal to be successful in this role.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish

Education and experience:

• AA degree required.
• 2 years of HR Experience
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must live within 50 miles from Cupertino, CA Office (no relocations offered for this role)

Pay Scale:

• $21 to $25 per hour

Nature of Responsibilities:

• Assembles new hire packages/pre-employment documents, and possibly conduct new hire orientation.
• Maintains employee records by filing, scanning, and archiving following state and federal guidelines.
• Responsible for all administrative processes including collecting data, forms/paperwork, filing, and systems.
• Provide general administrative support for the Management Team
• Assist with other administrative and clerical duties.
• Miscellaneous projects and assignment
