Scope of Responsibilities :

This position will report to the VP Financial Planning and Treasury ServicesWith a specific emphasis on corporate cash flow management, credit application and reviews, D & B monitoring and management, and any additional Treasury needs as they develop as KPH continues to grow.

Job Summary

Facilitates daily treasury operations, provides accurate cash reporting, and assists with bank structure management and some risk management activities.

Produces reports to aid in the forecasting of cash needs for the business and assists with other treasury functions. Manage and analyze organization’s financial activity when required.

Job Responsibilities :

Save Lock Box check images for Accounts Receivable’s use.Distribute checks received from the US Postal Service for deposit in Community BankProcess Remote DepositEnter Control Totals into Key Bank software after Accounts Payable completes ACH payment cycle.

Monitor emails daily to ensure file was received and Control Totals match.Process weekly Wire payments.Process weekly EDI payments.

Process ProAct ACH Debit from Client Accounts when requested.Send daily Positive Pay file to Key BankMonitor Emails for Positive pay exceptions and possible fraud.

Monitor cash to determine if an advance is necessary from the Line of CreditProcess monthly wire to pay Line of Credit InterestSet up & maintain bank accounts as needed.

Assist other departments with banking information as needed.Complete Credit ApplicationsRequest Bank ReferencesRequest Bank Account Verification LettersRequest New Merchant Numbers for credit card processing.

Complete Resale CertificatesOrder Corporate Credit Cards as needed.ContactUpdate weekly Cash Flow statement.Work with our Dun & Bradstreet Concierge to update information on our D&B page.Assign cards in Concur.

Education :

Minimum : Associates in Finance orAccountingExperience : Preferred : 2-4 years previous experience in Treasury / BankingSpecial Conditions of EmploymentDrug TestAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction / disciplinary monitoringCompensation :

$23 / hr-$26 / hr

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
