Reports to: Assistant Director of Residential Services / Coordinator of Operations
Rate of pay: $19.17/hour; paid biweekly; sign-on bonus available
Work schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday day-shift; On-call requirement; Schedule variability as required by needs of the individuals supported
Position Summary: Assist Coordinator in carrying out and assuring compliance of daily habilitation operations and all services as set forth in service plans, agency policies, regulations, Quality Assurance, and individual choice and provide direct support to individuals. (Approximately 30% of job responsibilities involve direct support.)
