IT Asset Management Administrator performs various IT asset administration duties related to the organization's hardware, software, and service contracts. Administers systems for tracking IT asset life cycles, managing inventory and maintaining information on software licenses and service level agreements. Being an IT Asset Management Administrator ensures compliance with purchasing procedures and standards. Tracks quality throughout product/contract lifetimes. Additionally, IT Asset Management Administrator typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments are converted to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to Property Manager and Maintenance Lead timetable. Efficiency, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency in completing job tasks is required.
No specific level of education is required. However, for safety and productivity reasons, the position requires the ability to read and write English or supervisor must verify the understanding of direction by physical observation.
No previous experience is required.
Position requires individuals to be able to provide and use general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: hand tools, pressure washers, shampooers, blowers, sandblasters, ladders, landscaping equipment and required safety equipment as outlined in the company’s safety policies.
Position requires individuals to wear company specified maintenance uniform apparel and safety equipment as required.
