Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Operations Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining the necessary certifications for properties. Your role will involve administrative tasks, managing documentation, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage the process of obtaining certificates of occupancy for properties
- Review and analyze property documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork to obtain certificates of occupancy
- Maintain accurate records of all certifications and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet the necessary standards
- Address any issues or conflicts related to certificates of occupancy in a timely manner
- Stay updated on changes in local regulations and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate would be a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining documentation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Conflict management skills to handle any disputes or conflicts that may arise
- Customer relationship management skills to build positive relationships with clients
