Key Responsibilities
Hartzell seeks an IT Systems Administrator to support end-users on the use of IT systems and software applications and to resolve technical issues and incidents promptly and efficiently. In addition, this position is responsible to perform regular system maintenance updates and backups and to set up new users and manager user accounts and access permissions. It is important that IT policies, procedures and standards and maintained and documented. On Occasion, the IT Systems Administrator may be tasked to support the other businesses in the Tailwind family and should have flexibility to travel to the other Tailwind sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills along with a customer focused attitude and excellent communication skills as this position is required to support both office and shop floor personnel. While not a requirement of the position, a certification in CCNA or Network Plus would be beneficial.
